This page collects only issues released during the year 2016, period October to December. 

As it is not such obvious as it looks to find this information, this list is probably not yet complete. In certain countries, joint issues are often announced on the day of the issue and sometimes it takes months before this information and the corresponding stamps reach us. Data on missing issues or supplementary information, particularly for countries, which are producing joint issues exceptionally, will be highly appreciated.

Like in previous siamese products involving these three postal administrations, the mixed souvenir sheets are numbered and the number is starting with a letter A, B or C corresponding to the sets attributed respectively to China PR, Hong Kong or Macao. The total number of printed souvenir sheets id 733,500.

Identical stamps. Traditional tea ceremony “we share traditions”; one stamp is based on the same picture, the other has a different design. Multicolored.

The Argentinian stamp A (the one showing the teapot) was retrieved from sale on November 20, 2016, shortly after discovery of one stamp (4th raw, 1st stamp) missing the denomination “$ 11” in each pane.

The special booklet 02c issued on December 16, 2016, contains 12 pages size 180x100 mm with 4 groups of commemorative stamps, each time with an explanation page, a souvenir sheet with a single stamp, and a page with a central golden label (not a stamp) of the same design as the stamp. The four topic represent bas-reliefs commemorating heroic battles during the 1941 war campaign in the following order (a) “A valiant defense of Brest fortress”, (b) the “Battle of Hanko”, (c) the “Yelnya offensive” and (d) the “Battle of Moscow” (this issue). The first group of three pages is also part of a joint issue with Belarus, described under [T20160622a]. This item is the same as the one described under [T20160622a]-02e.

The eight additional stamps included in the Japanese souvenir sheet features: C, Merlion in Singapore; D, Gardens by the Bay; E, Skyline night view; F, Singapore Art Museum; G, Chili crab, Singapore cuisine; H, evening view of Marina Bay; I, orchid, Singapore national flower; J, Bay night view. The four labels from the Singapore souvenir sheet show K, Tokyo night view, L, Mount Fuji, M, Japanese food and sticks, N, women dresses.

Relationship. 60 years of twinning between the towns of Paris and Rome; 350th anniversary of the foundation of the French Academy in Rome (1666). Twin issue [T1].
Identical stamps. Villa Medici in Rome, drawing from Charles Errard (1606-1689) first director of the Villa Medici. Brown and red (France), brown, yellow and red (Italy).

Italy issued on the same day a second stamp related to the 60th anniversary of the twin towns agreement between Paris and Rome, but this stamp is not part of the joint issue. It features the most important buildings of both capital cities.
